Silk Render Ltd recently completed a project in Leigh On Sea. The requirement is to modernize and give the property a ‘facelift’. The original design of the property was a mock Georgian painted render with painted beams. Once the beams had been removed and the extent of the job was revealed they called PRB to ask if there was a system that could be used over painted render to accept a Monocouche finish. After consulting PRB’s specification and technical department, explaining the scenario, PRB responded with the specification for Silk Render Ltd.
